Values and Philosophy

I believe that therapy is a process, where my job is to facilitate you through possible change options. We spend time identifying what’s working and not working in your life and collaboratively decide on the best desired outcome. The most important component to successful therapy is simply that you feel comfortable with your therapist, so whether you see me or someone else, comfort will bring you success.

Therapeutic Technique and Methodology

In counseling, I believe that positive change occurs when you have the best fit between your therapist and yourself. It is therefore important to understand my approach. I believe that everyone is at a different level of readiness for change. I tailor my specific approach to your needs at the time; whether that is for a radical change or simply to explore options in your life. Depending on what you would like to get from therapy, sets the tone for what we do and how long you are in treatment.
